These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nurse Journey website, platform, services, tools, content, and related communications (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the Services, or making a payment to Nurse Journey, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Nurse Journey provides guided workflow support, educational information, progress tracking, milestone guidance, reminders, and related support to help internationally educated nurses understand and navigate the pathway toward NCLEX and nursing opportunities.

Nurse Journey is a guidance and process-support platform. We are not a Board of Nursing, credential evaluator, testing organization, employer, or government agency.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  • you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you use the Services only for lawful purposes; and
  • you understand that your pathway may depend on rules and decisions made by third parties.

If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. What Nurse Journey Provides

Nurse Journey may provide some or all of the following:

  • eligibility or qualification screening;
  • a guided licensure roadmap;
  • milestone tracking and process visibility;
  • credential evaluation guidance;
  • Board of Nursing application guidance;
  • NCLEX readiness and study-path guidance;
  • ATT and exam scheduling guidance;
  • reminders, notifications, and workflow support;
  • human support or intervention when needed; and
  • partner introductions related to employment or career opportunities.

4. What Nurse Journey Does Not Guarantee

Nurse Journey does not guarantee:

  • licensure approval;
  • eligibility approval by a Board of Nursing;
  • credential evaluation outcomes;
  • NCLEX authorization or scheduling availability;
  • NCLEX exam success;
  • processing speed;
  • immigration or visa outcomes;
  • job interviews, job offers, or job placement; or
  • any decision made by a third party.

All final approvals, timelines, and decisions are controlled by third parties, including but not limited to credential evaluators, Boards of Nursing, Pearson VUE, employers, recruiters, immigration professionals, and government agencies.

5. Educational and Support Nature of the Services

Nurse Journey provides guidance, workflow support, and educational information. The Services are not a substitute for official instructions issued by a Board of Nursing, evaluator, testing organization, employer, or government authority.

You are responsible for reviewing official third-party requirements that apply to your situation.

6. No Legal, Immigration, Medical, or Professional Advice

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Nurse Journey does not provide:

  • legal advice;
  • immigration legal representation;
  • medical advice;
  • tax advice; or
  • professional advice regulated in your jurisdiction.

Any visa or immigration information provided through the Services is general educational information unless separately provided by a qualified partner.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • all activity under your account;
  • keeping your contact information current;
  • providing accurate and complete documents and information;
  • meeting deadlines and responding to requests in a timely manner; and
  • ensuring that uploaded materials are truthful and lawfully shared.

You agree not to:

  • impersonate another person;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information;
  • use the Services for unlawful purposes;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services; or
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse platform content except as allowed by law.

8. Fees and Payments

8.1 Nurse Journey fees

Nurse Journey may charge fees for access to its programs, guidance, or support services, including the initial application or pathway fee.

8.2 Third-party fees

Your pathway may also involve third-party fees, including licensing, verification, testing, application, scheduling, or related charges. Those fees are separate from Nurse Journey fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party fees may be collected by, paid to, or passed through for organizations such as:

  • credential evaluators;
  • Boards of Nursing;
  • testing providers such as Pearson VUE;
  • background check or fingerprinting providers; and
  • other authorities or service providers involved in your pathway.

8.3 Timing of payments

Some fees may be due at account creation, at checkout, or when specific milestones are reached. By making a payment, you authorize Nurse Journey or its payment processor to charge the applicable amount.

8.4 No refund policy stated here

At this time, Nurse Journey does not publish a separate refund policy in these Terms. Unless Nurse Journey expressly states otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, fees paid may be treated as non-refundable once services, access, setup, or workflow support have begun.

9. Partner Introductions and Opportunity Connections

Nurse Journey may connect users with employers, recruiters, staffing partners, educational partners, immigration-related partners, or other third parties.

Any introduction or referral does not mean Nurse Journey guarantees:

  • a job;
  • an interview;
  • a visa;
  • an offer;
  • sponsorship; or
  • a particular outcome.

Third-party partners operate independently and may have their own eligibility standards, fees, contracts, timelines, and privacy practices.

10. User Content and Documents

You retain ownership of the documents, information, and materials you submit to Nurse Journey ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Nurse Journey a limited right to use, store, organize, review, and share that content as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services;
  • evaluate your pathway progress;
  • communicate with you;
  • connect you with approved partners when you request or authorize that connection; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

You represent that you have the right to provide any content or documents you submit.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Nurse Journey Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on a privacy-specific issue, the Privacy Policy controls on that issue.

12. Communications

By creating an account or using the Services, you consent to receive communications related to your account, pathway, milestones, support, and service updates, including by email or other contact methods you provide.

If you ask to be connected with a partner or job opportunity, you authorize Nurse Journey to use your relevant contact details and related information for that purpose.

13. Suspension or Termination

Nurse Journey may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • you provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • your use creates legal, security, or operational risk; or
  • Nurse Journey decides to discontinue or change part of the Services.

Sections of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will survive, including limitations of liability, disclaimers, fees already incurred, and dispute-related terms.

14. Service Availability and Changes

Nurse Journey may update, improve, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

15. Intellectual Property

All Nurse Journey branding, platform design, copy, workflows, and original content in the Services are owned by Nurse Journey or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for your personal, internal, or authorized business use in connection with your own pathway unless Nurse Journey gives written permission otherwise.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nurse Journey disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurse Journey and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, data, goodwill, or expected outcome arising from or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurse Journey's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Nurse Journey for the specific Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nurse Journey and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of:

  • your use of the Services;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law; or
  • your submission of false, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized information or documents.

19. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction selected by Nurse Journey, without regard to conflict of law rules. The governing law and forum should be updated once the company confirms its preferred legal jurisdiction.

20. Changes to These Terms

Nurse Journey may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
